- Only had 4 of 15 tests that were field ready prior to the project
- Through their work with LeanAgri and Olam, all 15 tests were field ready in just 15 weeks
- Smartphones made it possible to potentially send test results, streamlining the process
LeanAgri
Focus: Decision support system and nutrient management support
Solution:
- Developed solutions for over 1000 cotton & chilli farmers by personalizing activity planning for farmers based on Nutrient, Pest, Disease & Irrigation Management
- Utilized results from FFEM to use the inputs provided by the soil testing kits
Result
Both companies received Letters of Intent from Olam and will continue to work together in the future to integrate their offerings
